central location, stylish common areas, excellent attention to detail

Where's the ironing board? Ironing on the bed is a stretch!!! Only 2 coffee sachets with no tea bags? Pretty basic!!! The coffee cups are too small, not fitting for breakfast!!! A proper toaster is needed!!!

we appreciated double room provided with "window ", balcony, for instance. it was based in very fancy building in an excellent location, to the carefully curated artwork on the walls.

Everything was well-maintained, absolutely perfect location near all the major attractions, including the Old Quarter, the Hoan Kiem Lake, and the Temple of Literature, the French Quarter and the Hoan Kiem lake and the old quarters, very good experience...

The location is excellent, just a short walk from the Old Quarter. The room lacked a real window, feel a bit closed in for our stay.

Incredibly nice breakfast to start the day, tasty food. Extremely comfy bed, clean bathroom and WiFi and coffee in the room. Very central location, at a short distance from a shopping mall...

great space with some inconveniences

The suite was large and had a wonderful balcony with a lovely city view. The staff were genuinely friendly and eager to help. As an added touch, they brought us fresh fruits to.

We experienced a few minor issues that needed addressing.

The room was stylish and super clean. I loved the huge bed, so comfy! The bathroom was nice too, with a really good shower and plenty of hot water. And UK plug sockets was handy. It was quiet, so I slept well. A solid stay!

Amazing staff and location!

The staff here were super helpful and friendly. They even helped me plan my day trips! I loved the huge breakfast spread, especially the pho, it was so good! The only thing was my room lacked a decent view, a bit of a bummer. Had a cozy stay!

Stylish room, really good service, our stay was made nice by the clean facilities and a good breakfast spread that included multiple local options alongside a cute atmosphere created by the attentive staff.

We visited the nearby Hoan Kiem Lake and explored the vibrant Old Quarter. The staff was helpful, and we found the location perfect for popping out to try delicious street food. Recommend checking out tours through the hotel-they made things so much easier for us!

We faced a little inconvenience due to the shower that struggled with water temperature control, a bit frustrating .

The food at breakfast was fantastic, especially the beef rice-noodle soup! The huge bed was super cozy, but the room didn’t have a clear window, just textured glass.
